31st Oct 2020 (6 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

From the moment we were introduced to her I can honestly say she gave us her full support above and beyond what we expected. She was very involved in ensuring everything is completed on time and if anybody was lagging, she was straight onto them to get things back on track. I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers. First class job. Thank you !

3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start. Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.
