9th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)The estate agent was helpful and knowledgeable. The photographs were very good. I was kept informed throughout. The property took a while to sell but that was due to location and the local housing market.

It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

They are easy to get hold of, friendly and any problems are fixed incredibly quickly. Jemima, who has been out main contact, is absolutely brilliant! I can not recommend them highly enough.

They maintain communication throughout a lengthy process, repeatedly checking the sale progress with both the buyer and seller. They respond rapidly and positively to all requests. They are professional while being friendly. I strongly recommend them.

He went above and beyond from the very start with an out of hours evening viewing of a property I wanted to buy. He set up a WhatsApp group chat including himself, Kelly at thebid.uk and myself. Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
