Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

Olivia has been absolutely brilliant on keeping us updated on everything and ensuring a smooth home buying process - which has been so reassuring due to us being first time buyers. Olivia is a real asset to Nock Deighton!
6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away. For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy. I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen. We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.Nock Deighton - Bridgnorth

10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We have just recently sold our home, from start to finish the completion took just 13 weeks. We used Your Move Wellington, reason for choosing Your Move (over the other 2 Estate Agents) was due to the excellent communication from the start and the full package of support offered with experience and support by both Estate Agents and Solictors. Tim visited and was very professional, you can tell how much time was shown to explore the address and other areas of properties being sold and from that first meeting we wished to have Your Move being the chosen agents to sell our property. From a Whatsapp group to then having outstanding service from Georgia, Georgia is a star and made the full process a great experience for us. From emails to phone calls with updates made our time with Your Move a great one. All questions answered and shared all key information back for us from 1st communication to then final one for when the keys handed over to the new owners. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Your Move Wellington, a big thank you once again for Georgia!

3rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I didn't find Cooper Green Pooks helpful at all. They overvalued the property, got us hardly any viewings and I had to chase for information. Even when I said I was leaving them they didn't even ask why? Overall not impressed.
5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Staff at the Ironbridge office, particularly Will, were very helpful and seemed to be doing all they could to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Our initial inquiry was to the Much Wenlock office who were unable to give us a copy of the details for the property and didn't seem able to print out a set. Similarly our final experience was with the Telford office who delayed the handover of keys to the property. They claimed they were waiting for confirmation that payment had been received even though we had been given confirmation more than an hour earlier that this had happened.

I can honestly say, they were all excellent. I dealt with Ellie on a very regular basis and she was fantastic. She was professional, patient, helpful and very understanding, when I faced delays with my completion dates, due to issues beyond my control. I would definitely use Nock Deighton again, without hesitation. In fact I've already asked them to keep me informed of any properties that come to market, that I maybe interested in. 5 stars well deserved

24th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!- 23rd May 2026 (26 days ago)Having viewed properties through other agents and finding them to be quite pushy, it was great to meet Sam and have him guide us through purchasing a property. From the start Sam was attentive and helpful at no point did I feel he was pushing the sale. He encouraged us to have a second viewing before making an offer so that we were sure of the purchase and checking in with use throughout the process. Happy with the experience.
