25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Samuel Wood was engaged to promote and sell our late Mother’s house in Ludlow. We has previously tried two other agents in the town with no results. Samuel Wood were realistic and proactive. Communication was good and clear. Although due to a slow market and plenty of available properties it took some time a sale was achieved. I would happily recommend Samuel Wood to anyone buying or selling a property in Ludlow.

Caroline was brilliant on all our house viewings and was able to answer all of questions. Wonderful people and great company
9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Do not use Yourmove lettings services, I have found out I had an issue with my gas pipe which Cadent have sorted out. Yourmove arranged for one of their inspectors prior to this and came up with the conclusion that I needed a new boiler and a new oven. They then arranged for a new boiler without my consent which cost £3500, I only found out when I got my monthly rental statement. I also got a new oven at a cost of £500, only to be told by the installers there was nothing wrong with the old oven and the issue was the gas pipe. This company is unprofessional and I have asked the ombudsman to carry out an investigation into their business practices, I can only hope they review them as they do not deserve a licence. Also the lettings manager, let’s call him A so they can’t take down my review, lied to my tennants to get an extra months rent, despite we terminating the agreement with immediate affect, when they called yourmove to make sure he told them the agreement had not yet terminated. Not sure how this guy got his licence but the ombudsman will be looking into his conduct. Just to add onto this, A called me this morning and threatened me on the back of me putting up this review, if you want to be treated like this, use yourmove

When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

This all went really smoothly! . Would definitely recommend. We have also used the Belvoir team for Lettings for the last 10years and have always given an excellent service.

Alongside, the inventory team with Jacqui Edwards add further invaluable support to the whole process, such that by so doing it allows the new tenant to be ready to move in sooner rather than later. 12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)They only care about properties to sell, rentals tho they half arse and don’t really care about, they will leave you in the dark ghost you and not update you, you have to go out of your way to make sure they do there job and even then it’s luck of the draw if they do or don’t …. Letting agents no wonder they have a bad reputation….
