   We had an unusual private property to sell in what seemed to be a changeable market and really weren't sure how best to go about it. We were somewhat daunted by the whole challenge.<br><br>Jacob Felix from Belvoir willingly visited and sat down with us. He explained the current market, explained potential approaches, recommended what he felt to be the best approach and the sale price he felt was likely to be achieved.<br><br>His advice was outstandingly good and proved to be both accurate and advantageous.<br><br>The marketing materials produced were very professional and very impactful.<br><br>The viewings were organised by Alison Hines and were well arranged, well carried out and the hit rate was astonishing. The post visit updates were particularly good.<br><br>Jacob then went above and beyond supporting and advising us through the process from the point of offer, through exchange and completion.<br><br>There were various glitches and challenges not caused by us and Jacob was there to advise, clarify and resolve at every step.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jacob and his team too highly, they left nothing undone. However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach.
