We were looking for almost 2 years and we’re shown round a lot of properties by wards and I found the staff honest and they really understood what we needed especially Anne who showed us round a few properties and was able to give us good advice and reassurance as first time buyers. Once we eventually found our forever home (which we we‘re shown round by another lovely young lady although I forget her name) the process was smooth and very well managed and Anne was constant contact through the process and even phoned a few weeks later to ensure we were happy and settling in well! Thank you wards and your lovely staff!!
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.

21st May 2026 (0 days ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. 15th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

23rd Apr 2026 (28 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.

23rd Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
