From our initial viewing to signing the contract, moving in and finally getting back our full deposit, they provided a stellar service. The few times we needed something fixed in the flat Urtopia dealt with it swiftly and everything was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Urtopia!

10th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)I found my current flat with Harmens on Zoopla. Everything was too good to be true. I wanted to check the reviews, but the reviews were 1-star or so. I met them in person; they were nice and I wanted to trust them. Finally, I signed the contract. They are actually really really good. If you like one of their flats, I'd say, go for it.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

They are quick to resolve issues, have been very supportive and transparent through the renting process. As first time renters in London, could not have asked for a better agency to work with.
1st May 2019 (7 years ago)After meeting with three agents, De Scottia were the chosen agent for a number of reasons. First being they were not pushing for a hard sale. Secondly, the agent quickly took note of the living situation with my elderly mother and took on board my comments of how fragile she is and to liaise with myself. He was brilliant from the start. Very easy to get hold of, prompt and efficient. He explained everything to us and was more than happy to explain anything we didn't understand without making us feel silly. Our agent was happy to get his hands dirty and move boxes (and a large bed!) to get the photos he needed. When we went on holiday and he needed access he ensured he understood the alarm system and sent me texts whilst away to keep me update and assure me the alarm was put back on. Fantastic service and really pleased we went with them. Our agent gave us honest feedback and we had an offer within 2 weeks. So far the sale is going through smoothly and I would highly recommend.
23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.
16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

6th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.

30th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Firstly I met Saphia who drove from Eltham to Whitstable to show me around a property. She was professional polite and knew the property in side out showing various little extras. Saphia told me exactly what was being left in the property and also the best way to proceed. When it was time to close the deal Alex came again from Eltham to Whitstable and stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my lodge which was around 4 hours. I had to go into town and contact my bank which took longer than expected. Alex was still waiting with a smile and never once made me feel like I was putting him out. I felt supported from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.. If I had a property in London.. Or the South East I wouldn't not hesitate to contact Equity... Honest.. Open and transparent.. What a brilliant company.. Thank you so much.
