25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.
10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Avoid them. Renting with them has been horrible and you’re better off without it. The leather surface of the sofa has been damaged since the first day of moving in, and they did not deal with it until after the tenancy. The responses about power outages and general maintenance were slow and unhelpful, and they use a third party for inventory check. Said party (checkwells) reports furniture as missing *when you put it in a separate room*. Also, they will ignore you if you lock yourself out of the house. I spent a night in the student centre because of this.

1st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

14th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Went to view a flat today it was nothing like the pictures that were on the website . It was advertised with pictures of a huge marbled bathroom got there to be told it's pictures of flat below nothing like the flat we were viewing . The juliet balcony had no Juliet so therefore was a death trap !! The glass in one of the windows in the bedroom was to small for the frame therfore no need to open the window . The master bedroom had a huge window with a view of the living room and kitchen something you might see in Amsterdam.The overall footprint was half of the size advertised<br>All for the bargin price of £1295<br>I don't know how you get away with false advertising!!
