2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

23rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!
26th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Good people to do business with.- 19th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts

16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! But they made it so easy for me. Thank you to Sue and Laura who were helping with my purchase, I would 100% use this solicitors again.

Once we had accepted an offer, Craig, Emma and Harry were all so helpful at talking us through all the stages, liaising with solicitors and the estate agents of the house we were buying. Any questions or queries, they were ready with answers. Plus they are all very friendly and easy to get along with. Couldn't have done it without them.
