The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.

23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information
12th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others.
Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare.
Key issues included:
Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door.
The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security.
The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit.
Critical repairs being ignored for weeks.
Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:
The agency's reply below is entirely fabricated to deflect blame.
The toilet: We were absolutely NOT aware the toilet was shared, we were explicitly misled from the start.
"Difficult tenants": This is a completely unfounded accusation. We were respectful, paid everything on time, and looked after the place so well that we received our deposit back in full.
The tenancy: The conditions were so bad that one of my flatmates moved out early and (essentially paying double rent - for his share of this flat and his new flat).
Finally, I note that the agency has directed people to the 'testimonials' page on their own website as proof of their great service. I'll leave it to anyone reading this to decide who is more trustworthy: independent, verified Google reviews, or the self-selected praise a company chooses to publish about themselves.
14th May 2024 (2 years ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need.
I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.

I truly feel supported as a tenant, and it’s clear they take pride in providing a reliable, high?quality service. I’m extremely satisfied and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive estate agent.

4th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done.
P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot

21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. I believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy and deliberately tell lies to isolate any tenant who challenges their dishonesty
