14th Sep 2020 (5 years ago)I stayed with Croft Living in Belgravia for 6 weeks in July/August 2020. The apartment was reasonably priced, spacious and centrally located. Check-in was efficient, even during covid. Very responsive service by email in advance although 2 days before arrival i found out that linen wasn't provided. Luckily for a fee - they would provide sheets, not towels. Wish I had known that a bit sooner as we were moving from Australia to London and that gave almost no time to buy towels in advance. There were a few issues though so I don't think I would recommend them. First - mail security. You can get mail there but mail disappears. I did complain but management told me they are only responsible for inside the apartment, not the building. They said to complain to Royal Mail but as Royal Mail showed our items delivered, they were of no help. Other tenants also had mail disappear so there's obviously a security issue. I asked to see the CCTV and was told it wasn't working. If mail can't be secure inside a locked building, then I really worry about my personal safety and don't buy Croft's opinion that they are only responsible for inside the actual apartment. Other security issues - some very sketchy tenants in the building. Got up to run at 5am and saw a tenant coming home that day covered in blood. Next morning, going for a run at 5am, saw him moving out. Next thing you know - a lot of cops come into the building looking for someone. Makes you not feel too secure... Water pressure - the worst I have ever had in my decade of living in London. It was a trickle, at best. Croft did bring a new shower head but barely made an improvement. Impossible to wash long hair. I asked about it and was told that it's just London. Actually, no it's not. Lived here long enough. Buy a water pump that works and create pressure like most. Old furniture - couches and chairs were ripped and stained; carpet coming up in places; needs a paint job. Windows - all have child locks on them so barely open which means when it's 30 degrees, no air movement. Whilst all the windows let in fabulous light - it's stifling in a summer heatwave. We had to buy additional fans as the ones provided barely provide any movement of air. Garbage - got locked out once as someone changed the codes to the gates and never told residents. Luckily my partner was able to climb and jump over the fence to let me in. Overall, the apartment was k but i wouldn't rent through this company - too much 'we are only responsible for inside the apartment' and not enough concern for tenant safety or property.

Not only do Eden Lettings and Sales provide peace of mind to landlords, but they also assist the tenants that are seeking new accomodation. Highly recommended.

They were always available for viewings at any time for potential buyers and kept us updated on progress and always fed back in a timely manner Would recommend using Giggs if you have one in your area
14th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
6th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.
25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
11th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)One Friday afternoon awaiting an exchange on a property purchase a last minute wall structure issue stopped everything. Nicholas Booker at Graves Jenkins had been recommended to me so I called him. After reviewing all of the technical specifications cross sections and calculations for the build, over the weekend, he called me on Monday morning to give an all clear. Kind. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable and a sense of humour. I was treated as though I was the companies most important client of many years standing! I can’t thank Nick enough.
10th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)All my emails and phone requests since mid Dec to get a copy of the insurance for the 194 Ladbroke Gove have been ignored, despite promises on the phone. This is contrary to the rights the terms of the lease for the lessees in the building. I do not normally deal with such issues in this manner. However, it seems not possible to get any response. (A lessee with rights to this document under the lease)

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them

21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)WARNING WARNING Avoid this company like the plague, they said there was a leak coming from my flat, which they manage. I let two men in my flat for 5 days 46 hours they ruined the floor/ kitchen bathroom. Couldn’t find the source of the leak and didnt repair. I believe they are dishonest and untrustworthy and deliberately tell lies to isolate any tenant who challenges their dishonesty- This agent doesn't have any reviews
