23rd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. We would highly recommend to hire / use Pink street for anything related with properties selling / buying.

29th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ian Jackson is a fraud. He knew my tenant is a fraud and claiming universal credit. There was an extra child living in my flat which I wasn't aware of. He is not answering any of his emails, messages and calls. He has possession of currently 10 months of rent money and will be more if my tenant doesn't move out. I am in the process of evicting my tenant but have no response. Everyone needs to report him to Report Fraud. He is no longer a part of Safe Agent and The Property Ombudsman said they can't do anything? How is this even ok? It is not ok?
25th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
