23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.
25th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.
30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!
25th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)highly recommend, clearly a very professional company, they take pride in all their properties making sure everything is in place for a comfortable stay, everything is well equipped, and it’s lovely and clean and fresh and communication is brilliant.

30th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Excellent estate agents. Fast, courteous and friendly service. They know how to price accurately and understand the process and paperwork. Commission reasonable and worth paying...you know up front how much everything is going to cost which helps budgeting.

27th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Our valuation was significantly below the fair market value of a dilapidated, hazardous block of garages with associated overages. Having personally inspected these comparable garages, I believe the valuation reflects a concerning lack of due diligence.. I recognize that each of the sites holds its own merit, such as the scale of quantum, however, the research evidence presented did not corroborate this. My only minor reservation is that one garage within my block was sold. However, I believe the assessment regarding the condition of comparable properties and the potential hazards of their asbestos roofing was inadequate. So unfortunately based on my experience I would not recommend a valuation from kempton carr croft.
