We hired Lanigan to manage a small rental property in London several years ago, on a personal recommendation, replacing one of the big-name rental agencies. The firm has an intelligent approach delivered by a motivated team. They are responsive to requests, both to landlords and tenants and were very helpful with refurbishment advice when needed. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Great ! fantastic ! awesome! I am French, so I may have some difficulty to express properly how happy I am to have found such a good agency team. Actually, I came to visit an apartment with them just to be polite: After booking the visit, I decided not to look anymore for a flat in Battersea. But Peter made me such a nice and pleasant presentation of the appartment and environment, Battersea "village" and park are just beautiful, I even stayed one more hour to have the chance to see a little bit more the area with my new guide. Marissa and Lucy are the perfect match to assist you for any question/ request or others. I thought that I was a bit a pain in the neck with all my questions of little French lost in London. But not only they answered with kindness to all my requests, but even more, they assisted me for any others details such as billing, schools info, how to get wifi, tv package...
I will definitely advise people and any future friends and colleagues arriving in London to call them and visit them.

Friendly and charming through our prospective viewing process, however there is a dark side to Lanigan Estate Agency. The disregard for our interests as tenants was comical. We spent months without floorboards and even longer with a broken dishwasher, to rub salt into the wound we only got our deposit back when we threatened legal action.
