28th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very rude and unprofessional owner. He shouted at me simply for looking at the property listings outside the agency. My wife and I are currently looking to buy a house or flat in Little Venice, so we were naturally looking at properties in the area.
He treated me as though he thought I was a criminal or that I was doing something wrong, which I found extremely rude and intimidating. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

21st Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed.
After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at.
I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.- 2nd Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent turn around and very competitive prices.
The staff are well mannered and are happy to awnser a variety of queries. 
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. 12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Charlotte was excellent all round in what was a long and stressful exchange of contracts further down the chain. Thankfully she was able to assure our seller and kept us well informed throughout the process. A joy to deal with would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.

11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating.
15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.
