Very helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing and remained patient whilst I was dealing with the solicitors as a first time buyer. They always responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I received my house keys last month and couldn't be happier with the house and area.

We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .

29th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.

We bought our house through Bairstow Eves and got our mortgage through Zoe. Zoe made the whole process SO easy for getting a new mortgage, I couldn’t believe it. She was transparent and very professional. When changes were needed, she made them seem seamless. Would highly recommend her. The sales team were great. Jonathan, who I had most interaction with, was always cordial, a delight to interact with and just made the communication with our seller very easy. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness, they helped us move in a chain in 4 months - basically unheard of these days. Thanks for all your work, Bairstow Eves!

They’re always professional, friendly, and very prompt when it comes to addressing any issues. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently, which makes renting stress free. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and would highly recommend them.

The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
