His communication was brilliant throughout , he always kept us updated, answered our questions and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br>What really stood out to me was how much he cared about helping us find the right home for our family. He went above and beyond, was always professional and made us feel like we were more than just another customer.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home, and Antoinne played such a big part in making it happen. 22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have already recommended Liam and Abidul to friends and would happily recommend them to anyone selling a property.- 16th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
