Ours was a drawn out process (nothing to do with KFH) and thoughout Tom was helpful, supportive and quick to respond to our endless questions. Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through my options, ultimately helping me decide that renting was the right choice for me. Davide was my main contact from the start and throughout the process. He was really friendly, approachable, and always on hand to answer any questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, the whole experience felt seamless.
