4th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

18th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend these wonderful women highly enough.<br><br>We sold our first flat through them, then purchased and later sold our house through them too. They are professional to a tee. Valuations are realistic, they maintain integrity throughout the sale, and they go the extra mile. Suzannah progressed our sale and was amazing at ensuring we exchanged on time, whilst keeping the agents for my onward purchase happy.<br><br>I’m a property investor and home owner, with experience of many local and national agents. These are by far the best ones I’ve ever worked with.<br><br>Thanks so much to all the team!
21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

Trevor was my main contact and was so helpful especially with the delays on my end getting the property on the market.<br>Photographs were fantastic and really helped to sell the property quickly.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.
