Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

They stood out because they weren’t pushy at all — they simply provided the information and waited for me to contact them in my own time.Viewings were organised smoothly, and feedback was always passed on quickly. Communication with Kelly, Jodie, and Victoria has been excellent throughout; they’re responsive, down?to?earth, and explain everything in plain English, breaking down any jargon so you always know exactly what’s happening.<br>I had a couple of offers that didn’t work out, but the team were supportive and gave clear advice on how to move forward. During the final sale, their communication remained consistently strong — keeping me updated and answering any questions I had straight away.Such a friendly, professional, and genuinely approachable team. 17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
