10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property—something the other agents simply didn't.<br><br>The marketing was excellent. It was clear the team had taken the time to research the property properly, and the photography, video, and social media promotion were all first-class.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic. We received regular updates, and the team were always quick to deal with any administrative tasks or queries. Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. I highly recommend RH homes to anybody looking for a new home I will never use anywhere else again and will be sticking with these religiously If I could Rate more than a 5 star I would Thank you for your patience and hard work you’ve put in for me guys

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…!
