From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. 11th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
