The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

24th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!
24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

Always very helpful, any problems with the property was dealt with quickly and efficiently. there so friendly, I would go in just for a chat they became almost like family. 11th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

However unfortunately this was more or less at the beginning of the financial crisis caused by the then PM, Liz Truss. Little did we know how this was going to affect the property market. But thankfully we had the right team for the job. With Davids expert knowledge he was able to guide us through the months ahead and help us deal with the highs and lows. His thoughtfulness and compassion towards my mum were exemplary as was that of his team. Not once did he waiver from the task and his shear doggedness rewarded my mum with the result she was looking for. I cannot recommend DJR Estate Agents more highly. A first class service from a first class team.

Nothing was too much trouble for them,and exemplary agents to work with from advertising, to sale, to completion.They were also extremely helpful to our buyer's being it was their 1st time buying a property. We have sold many properties over the years and have to say that they were the best we have ever had. We can not recommend them enough, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Very honest ( yes thats hard to believe from estate agents but truthful) If you want a smooth sale with buyer's walking through your door with a different outlook, 24/7 service ,no problem to big or small.
