She listened, understood our requirememts and came up with our new property that we will be moving into soon. I can't recommend Griffin enough as they gave you more of a personal service and you weren't just another load of money walking in through the door. They treat you with respect!!!!

21st Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Grant Allen Estate Agents for the smooth sale of our family home. From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????
17th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

We can safely say after using 3 other local estate agents in the past, you are head and shoulders above the rest!

I have heard horror story's of property purchases and despite certain hurdles, they have both kept constant communication and updates upon request of goings on. Definitely recommend

Sophie and Adele (and all others who were involved) have been excellent with their communication throughout, especially when external factors meant that there were some unexpected delays. They always remained patient, professional and understanding. I would highly recommend Lux Homes based on my experience.

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
