29th May 2026 (21 days ago)Horrendous customer service and complete lack of accountability If I could give zero stars, I would. We enquired about a highly sought-after 5-bedroom letting and were told there was only one specific day available for viewings. We completely rearranged our schedules and drove nearly an hour (a 2-hour round trip) to attend. Upon arrival, the agent was nowhere to be found. When we called, it turned out the agent had booked us into a completely different 3-bedroom property at a totally different location. Because of their internal administrative blunder, we missed out on the correct property entirely, as it went under offer to people who were actually given the correct address. When we raised this with the branch manager, Christina, instead of apologizing professionally and offering a solution, she actively tried to shift the blame onto us. She argued that because their automated confirmation email contained the wrong address, it was our job to proofread their agent's data entry before traveling. She then bizarrely claimed that because the property was high demand, it didn’t matter that we were sent to the wrong house because we "might not have got it anyway." An absolute masterclass in gaslighting and shocking customer service. They refuse to take responsibility for their own staff's human errors. If you are a landlord, be aware that this agency is actively losing you good, proceedable tenants through pure incompetence and then alienating them afterwards. Avoid at all costs.
8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I would use these agents again definitely. From viewing to check-in to check-out I am pleased with the agents. Especially Debbie, who did the checks during our tenancy, her communication, knowledge and action was 1st class. The paperwork process initially was clear and simple. We reported faults and they were acted upon with expediency. When the in home checks were carried out Debbie made me feel comfortable whilst identifying or pointing out issues and solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Seems like a lovely company to work with based on my experience, we rented via Oliver Minton for 15months. I would recommend highly.

24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands. Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged. She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way. I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel. The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill. Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!

18th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)There was no interaction. I had barely any feedback on the few viewings. I was having to constantly call them for information. I was told to pay for the money laundering check up front. It took ages for them to put up a for sale sign.
