Our transaction was part of a particularly complex chain, and we had more than a few unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout the process, Peter went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is reliable, responsive, and truly committed to seeing a sale through, even in challenging situations, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency, and Peter Gold, in particular, who is a real asset and someone you want on your side when dealing with a complex property transaction.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. 21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!
30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used Foxtons around November time to try and sell my late father's home. To be fair they are very good estate agent and actually make an effort to sell your home unfortunately after some disagreements we parted ways. They would have sold the house literally in the first week. Now im with another estate agent a much smaller firm they are ok but not as good as Foxtons. In the last few months I've researched and contacted estate agents and to be fair most of them in Walthamstow are lacklustre and not bothered, however I'd say Foxtons are the best of the bunch as they actually make an effort to get your house sold. In the next month or so will have to look for another estate agent as my contract has ended with my current estate agent. Anyhow a special thanks to Sonny (Sales Manager) he's excellent and did the best he could, if you're selling your house in Walthamstow Foxtons would be a great choice. They kept me fully updated at all stages of the sale, particular thanks to Camron. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

One more college i would like to thank to is Victoria Faulkner she was amazing in more then words can describe!! Ozzie, Omar and Zain have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional from the outset—securing a suitable tenant just two days after listing and handling the entire process efficiently and with care. Property management is only just beginning, so I can’t yet give a full assessment on that side, but I have high confidence in the team and look forward to continuing the collaboration.
