13th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Based on our experience ,we would highly recommend Petty Son and Prestwich.<br>Catherine who came round to value our house was friendly and professional .Her calm approach helped us initiate the process of selling.<br>Fay who supervised the viewing day took on board all the important details of the house that needed to be passed to potential buyers and ensured the day resulted in many offers.<br>Elaine and Janine ensured that the sale progressed keeping us updated and responding quickly to our questions.<br>Overall we found that the whole process went very smoothly and was relatively stress free.<br>Thank you to the whole team who helped us from start to finish,such that we sold our house a few days after it went on the market.

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommended!
12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
2nd Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Everyone at Douglas Allen was helpful and supportive. Unfortunately the house hat to be sold for a lot less than expected as the market was not very fluid. At least a buyer was found very quickly and we bought the bungalow we wanted at a small discount from the asking price.

They responded almost immediately each time we sent an email or called for information. They took us seriously from the set go and made the negotiation process very simple. Kept us up to date throughout the transaction process. I’d highly recommend.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
