25th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)This is the fourth time I have used Homefinders, and once again they have provided an outstanding service.<br>Although my property was outside the area they normally cover, they were still happy to take it on. While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the process.<br>I would especially like to thank Ann (5?), Mahnoor, Melissa, and Yasemin for their exceptional support and outstanding customer service.<br>A special thank you also goes to Gassan for his invaluable legal guidance and for sharing his experience to help resolve several issues along the way.<br>I have been thoroughly impressed with Homefinders every time I have used them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
25th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

She made finding and securing our flat straightforward, kept us updated, and were always quick to answer any questions. Made renting our first flat together really easy so would definitely recommend!

12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

2nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

19th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)The staff at Douglas Allen are lovely, but sadly, I didn't have one viewing. I do feel that after they advertised on line, they just waited for the phone to ring. Having said that, it is currently a difficult market. Perhaps my valuation exceeded customers expectations??? But on the grounds of the company being very approachable and friendly, I would recommend them.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Throughout the process, there was a noticeable lack of transparency and clear communication, which made what should have been a straightforward experience far more stressful than necessary.<br><br>I found the level of professionalism to be below the standard I would expect from an estate agency. Information was not always communicated openly, and I was left feeling that honesty and transparency were not prioritised when dealing with my concerns.<br><br>It also appeared that some members of staff were not adequately trained or empowered to handle issues effectively. Rather than resolving problems confidently, matters were often passed around or left unresolved, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration.<br><br>Perhaps most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability from senior management. Despite raising concerns, I did not feel that the directors demonstrated a genuine commitment to addressing the underlying issues or ensuring that the business operates to a consistently high standard.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend William Rose. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve staff training, communication, transparency, and overall customer service for future clients.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. He kept us updated constantly via voice notes, which was a brilliant touch and made the whole process seamless. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed.
