21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)My experience with Douglas Allen was extremely disappointing. My complaint relates to communication, transparency and the handling of my sale. I was not informed of important information regarding my buyer’s funding arrangements when I believe I should have been, and this resulted in significant stress, disruption and additional costs. After completing their complaints procedure, I have referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review. I will update this review once that process has concluded.
4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
