Having to edit this review due to massive negligence from Dixons..., as a tenant of a property they let to me, they rushed me and my family in without telling us that the property was still for sale, not one word was said but my main gripe is the way are dealing with a blocked drain that has caused raw sewage to come into my garden..., 2 weeks ago I reported the problem and still my landlord hasn't dealt with the situation and Dixons are just nonchalant about the whole thing! Absolutely poor the way they are dealing with this. Me and my partner dealt with Dixons for a rental property, the whole process was easy and I must say ran very smoothly and quickly, I'd say thats down to staff, notably Eve and Eliza. I would recommend Dixons as it was a doddle, so 5 stars from us.... Read more
