9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)sold a property through them, they found a buyer in less than a week ??????<br>I can't comment on the buyers, swearing isn't allowed, what is it with people?? anyway with a gentle but firm hand Saddlers, our solicitor and lines in the sand from me we dragged the buyers kicking and screaming over the line, Saddlers were very helpful, calming and did their job. Something needs to change in the housing market, should be like Scotland, but that's another story, thanks Saddlers we appreciate your support
5th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!- 10th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Sally and the Headcorn team have been very supportive during this extremely stressful time! Honestly without them pushing and chasing for us I don’t think we would have exchange in time for our deadline. I honestly couldn’t praise them enough!! Would 100% recommend!

26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
