She understood our predicament, a quickly approaching vacate date, and proactively worked with us to enable a viewing as soon as possible. Having viewed, we paid the holding deposit and began the confirmation and verification process. Cerys very patiently handled my many enquiries during the process and accommodated my preferences from the 'normal' way of doing things. She even advised on the free parking options near the office for when we had to complete the paperwork and pay the deposit before collecting the keys. I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company!
