1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent experience with these guys :)

Huge thank you to Tom, Lewis & Sarah for a really quick turn around on renting our new home! We saw the house on Monday and had the keys by Saturday. We really appreciate the work put in to make this happen.
21st Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Exceptional support and assistance from the Lettings Manager, Cerys Williams. She understood our predicament, a quickly approaching vacate date, and proactively worked with us to enable a viewing as soon as possible. Having viewed, we paid the holding deposit and began the confirmation and verification process. Cerys very patiently handled my many enquiries during the process and accommodated my preferences from the 'normal' way of doing things. She even advised on the free parking options near the office for when we had to complete the paperwork and pay the deposit before collecting the keys. We certainly appreciated her efforts on our behalf to secure our new rental.

7th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent service from start to exchange ,, , kept us informed and were “on the case” with enquiries and feedback . The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????
15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Abbie was so helpful with my move in!!! 10/10 experience ?????? they were very efficient and informative about everything
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Good set up, communication and sales progression.
14th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Tried to get a written statement from them for a claim as our property purchase fell through due to no fault of our own. They ignored my emails and when my wife called and spoke to Liberty on the phone she wasn’t very helpful and abrupt, asking why my insurance company needed that. It would have taken 5 minutes just to give us the details for our claim. She said she would email back but I am still yet to hear from the estate agent . Very poor communication throughout entire moving process and adding unnecessary stress .
10th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Would never recommend Richard Watkinson, they failed to make any progress in marketing my property.
9th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very helpful, always sorted out any issues we had, Jasmine was great and a pleasure to deal with
15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)What can I say, Ellie Farnsworth has been fantastic since the get go, was so impressed with the house viewing she took us on, she was so informative - from us putting the offer in and her going through every step thoroughly I couldn’t be more impressed. Ellie is a credit to Haart! Thanks again ! X
6th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish.

Sophie and Josh have been fantastic throughout the process of securing my new premises in Mansfield town centre. Communication has been excellent from the outset, with questions answered quickly, requests passed on to the landlord promptly, plus regular updates throughout the process.

I particularly appreciated that Josh always acknowledged receipt of my emails, even when they didn’t necessarily warrant a reply. It’s a small detail, but it made a real difference and meant I always knew things were being dealt with.

The whole process has been professional, efficient and straightforward. I’ve felt well supported throughout and would happily recommend Sophie, Josh and the lettings team.
9th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve been lucky enough to have Lora deal
With 2 of my house sales and I’d never choose anyone else. She’s hard working friendly and really make every effort to sort every detail. I can’t recommend her enough!
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
24th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)As first time buyers, we really didn't know where to start. Pippa's help and expertise made the whole process extremely quick, easy and stress free. Would recommend her to others.
16th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Dealt with a lovely lady, very professional and speedy process
27th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I have used Temple Estates in a variety of services offered, and find them of true integrity. Neil & Maggie have a very large knowledge of the market in and around Mansfield. Services they offer are very reasonably priced. They are often known for going above and beyond to achieve success with the client, if it is selling, buying or using their property management services.
