Laura has been nothing short of superb. As first-time buyers, she was on our side from start to finish, fighting our corner every step of the way. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and consistent, whether by phone or email. When solicitors make you feel like just another number and the stress of buying a home starts to mount, Laura is there to support you, keep you informed, and help ease the pressure. She genuinely made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I cannot recommend Laura and the rest of the team highly enough. I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

No ‘no’s straight away and was willing to see how they could help me.<br>Ruby was outstanding and helped me along the way to getting new home flawlessly and helped through any issue that arose.<br>Went the extra mile with removal of a few items on a weekend also to help me out!<br>Wish I could give 10 stars<br>Defo give Ruby&co a call for your property needs! :)
