The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.

Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

2nd Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)Not very good communication. Contacted about a viewing on a property & was told they were on holiday for the week & viewings would be arranged when back. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. If the viewings were full or something, just say so.
30th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We don't leave many reviews but selling your home as everyone knows is stressful , throughout the whole process James was professional, calming and and at every stage reassured us of the sales progression . On a personal note James is a lovely guy and is passionate about your property and property in general , he has brilliant local knowledge and he does the viewings himself which is critical as he becomes very knowledgeable about your home and you are not getting multiple people doing the viewings who aren't totally invested. We highly recommend James as your estate agent it's an easy five stars from us Paul & Carol ?????
