We are in the process of both selling our house and buying a new house on Kings Hill, Kent. The Kings Hill branch of Wards managed to sell our house for the asking price before it was marketed properly because Sam Turner knew a couple of clients who she (correctly) thought it would suit. Unfortunately, the house that we were initially hoping to buy fell through but, since then, Sam and Be Chapman have been extremely helpful and proactive in our search to find another suitable house.
