9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.
