5th Feb 2026 (26 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!
15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We are in the process of both selling our house and buying a new house on Kings Hill, Kent. The Kings Hill branch of Wards managed to sell our house for the asking price before it was marketed properly because Sam Turner knew a couple of clients who she (correctly) thought it would suit. Unfortunately, the house that we were initially hoping to buy fell through but, since then, Sam and Be Chapman have been extremely helpful and proactive in our search to find another suitable house. They are always available to answers questions/provide advice and have demonstrated a very good understanding of our key requirements.
9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Thank you so much to Emily and Darren (who, without quick witted work - would have left me still unsold) Louie, Jon and Jeff for all their hard work and diligence in selling my house of 22 years in Maidstone. Unfortunately the first sale fell through but they resold our house in under two weeks of re marketing it. We would highly recommend their commitment to see the sale though. I recommended Eden to my friend which they also sold in record time - again Darren. Many thanks

From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Today we finally got the keys to our first home, and we’re so grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness shown to us throughout. It really made such a difference.<br><br>We would highly recommend dan thomas & co Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. 27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve just completed on our dream house as a family and something we never thought was possible- Then here comes John and Paul who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole process- up front with information around what’s going on with the estate, always answered every single question we’ve had they’ve answered even down to needing measurements for rooms so we could look at furniture. They scheduled viewings anytime we’ve asked which has really helped through the process. After this experience if we are to ever sell this house and buy a property they would be my first call every day of the week. Thank you both so much for your help

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
