18th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

19th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Having recently had a valuation for a relative, cannot recommend these guys enough. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. Whilst we are not ready to go on the market just yet due to circumstances, Katie has kept in touch with us constantly and completely understands our situation. I will definitely be in contact with Katie at the Maidstone branch as soon as we are able to move forward. Everything has been made so much easier by having these guys on our side
21st May 2022 (1 year ago)I had 3 valuations done and chose Mansell McTaggart because I thought that they had the best strategy for marketing the property. The property went on the market on bank holiday Monday 2 May and was sold by the 5th May for over the asking price. In the few days before it was sold they were able to show 16 or 18 people round.
20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Very efficient and always kept informed of the process , even after the office was closed . Friendly and polite great customer service would definitely recommend.
26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.
