The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

He showed an interest as I showed him around and had some very helpful advice for me. They keep you well up to date and it is never too much trouble for them if you call. They are an impressive team.

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.
30th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Appalling service absolutely no interest in my requirements- gave me the details of The property I requested but made no effort to discuss any requirements or look at any kind of possible matches- I tried to call to discuss what I would have liked - gave my details for a director to call back and they didn’t bother<br>This shows total lack of care and quite frankly rather embarrassing for such a considered reputable local business

Picked up phone even 5 to 5pm. We were happy with sale (took 5 days on the market to have full asking price offer for our house). When council delayed entire transaction we were supported every step. No questions were silly, as we never sold a house before. Price for that kind of services is really good value for the money. Super happy with our new house that we also bought from them.

Abrar was always on hand to answer questions and kept me updated on the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend Oak Tree Estates, not only are their fees reasonable but the customer care and attention is exceptional. Thank you Oak Tree Estates
