It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. She achieved a good sale in a dropping market, her advice was well structured and accurate, and delivered in a pleasant manner. Sue Okell
12th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

2nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely the worse agents ive ever dealt with, no communication, no answers in 6 months not 1 job was rectified on the property, was told by Craig we were a priority yet still nothing was done. House was dirty gardens overgrown. Lorraine avoids any question given to her or avoids your calls. I would advise anyone to avoid this shambles of an estate agents if you the type of person who likes communication and results not empty promises. Also charged us for tidying the gardens on us leaving even though they were worse when we moved in and told to leave it as we found it. 6 months of stress caused. AVOID AVOID AVOID

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

22nd Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! The entire process—from referencing to signing the agreement—was completed in under two weeks, which was fantastic. Everything felt seamless throughout. Rob guided us every step of the way, and his knowledge and experience in the lettings sector—especially with the new regulations coming into force—were invaluable. We couldn’t recommend Rob and his team highly enough.

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!
24th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service
