30th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We rented a house from Antony. He was a professional, kind, and very helpful. We were happy with the service throughout. Whenever we had any issues at the property, he sent an engineer promptly and sorted them out on the day. We lived in another rented property before, but their maintenance system was the best. We have never had that high quality of service from any other estate agency. After we left the property, we coincidentally met him and saw him helping people. This tells you how kind he is. We recommend Fine Homes to anyone looking for a good property in Warwick. Thank you :)

19th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I’ve just completed the sale of my mother’s flat, through Harvey’s in Mere Green. Charles was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It was good to have someone that made the process so smooth, especially as I live a few hours away. I would definitely recommend.

20th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Spectra Property and Services.<br><br>I had booked a house viewing for Saturday at 10:00 AM, which was later rescheduled to 11:00 AM after a phone call. The confirmation email clearly stated that the viewing slot was from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.<br><br>When we arrived at 11:22 AM, there was still someone sitting in a car outside the property. However, instead of conducting the viewing, we were told in a rude and unprofessional manner that we would need to rebook because we were “late.” This was despite arriving within the viewing window stated in the confirmation email.<br><br>The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.<br><br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

24th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service
