8th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees

14th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

23rd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Very very highly recommended.
26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. 25th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! 2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

22nd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

16th May 2025 (1 year ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
