8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
14th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent. Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to the team at Lota Properties.

25th May 2026 (19 days ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

It was a bit of a battle throughout the whole process as dealing with leasehold properties isn’t straight forward at the moment but they stuck with it and got the job done! 16th May 2025 (1 year ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
