8th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees

Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent

Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. 23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.

9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Walker Smale are wonderful. Simple as that. Always extremely professional and always on the ball. Simon went to great lengths to ensure all parties in our sale were up to date on the conveyancing process and when we have viewed properties with him in the past he has always been very knowledgeable, informative, polite and on time. He is, dare I say it, a rare find in a property sales professional in the way he knows his geographical area inside out and his respect and manner are refreshing. I don't know of any other estate agents in the Headingley or North Leeds area who are as professional. Highly recommended.

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! 2nd Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

22nd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again
