Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and no question was too silly. We were in close contact with Clayton who showed us around the house with a bright smile and helpful attitude. I must've sent Clayton what feels like 50 emails throughout the buying process and not once did I get the impression that I was asking too many questions. 16th May 2022 (4 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
