1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient.
The online portal is really useful and always up to date.
Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well.
I would definitely recommend.

6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)From the day I contacted Shortland Horne I cant fault the service. Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly.
I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one.
I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

27th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this estate agency.
Firstly, the lady who was supposed to show us the property arrived 20 minutes late, which was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for our time.
To make matters worse, there was no lighting in the property, meaning we could barely see anything during the viewing. We were expected to look around the house using a phone flashlight, which is absolutely ridiculous! How can anyone properly view a property or make an informed decision about buying a house when they cannot even see it?
This is something the agency should have checked and sorted out before arranging viewings. It is their responsibility to ensure that potential buyers can actually see the property they are being shown.
On top of that, when we asked the agent basic questions about the property, she couldn’t answer them and appeared to know very little about the house she was showing us.
Overall, the entire experience was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. I would expect much better standards from a professional estate agency.
