He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak. I was given very personal support and am deeply appreciative as this was a difficult time for me; I don't think we would have reached the end of the road otherwise.
