It took six weeks to actually get the property on the market because of poor or non existent communication. During the time the property was on the market not one phone call or email was responded to so after 5 months we pulled out. With the new agent the property was on the market within two weeks with three positive viewings within 10 days.
I have lost thousands in lost interest because of the appalling and unprofessional service.

Connells were amazing throughout seemed to be the only party at times to have my best interest. Charlie in particular was amazing reaching out and offering tons of support, especially when a buyer pulled out (again no fault of Connells) the had a new buyer within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough and big thank you again to not only Charlie but the whole team.

To me, the agent didnt really seem to know what they were talking about. Owner seems more interested in opening new shops then helping with current clients and wasnt very attentive whilst showing him around. Would not recommend unfortunately.
