Thomas Merrifield dealt with the sale of my late Mothers house. I felt I was dealing with professionals right from the start. Lots of helpful advice and information on the current market and past similar sales in the area. Communication has been good with emails and telephone calls promptly answered and actions taken when needed. The staff who took prospective buyers round the house have been excellent as well as the team in the office. Thank you to you all. Sale completed efficiently.

I would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield, Abingdon, for selling property. Damian was super-attentive, efficient and generally on the ball, as well as being a good diplomat. He helped me set a realistic price for my circumstances and then achieved an immediate sale with a cash buyer. He was great throughout the process in chivvying all parties along, clarifying things and making sure that everything happened as quickly as possible, which he understood was a priority for me. The sale was all done and dusted in about two months, from his valuation to completion of sale, which was amazing! I would definitely go back to Damian at Thomas Merrifield for any future sale as I can't imagine a more efficient and friendly service.

I am a currently renting through Thomas Merrifield and have been blown away by the service the team have provided to us, which most letting agents don't even scratch the service of.
They have effiecent systems for logging issues, and they have always been swift, courteous and fully considerate of the Tennant.

What an absolutely bunch of lying people in this company, I phoned to make a booking to view a property. They told me to ring the next day. I ring the next day and they then tell me the properties fully booked for viewings. absolutely scum of the Earth, why waste peoples time. Stick it where the sun don’t shine. I’ll take my money elsewhere

A very big thank you to Kaine Peverley and Thomas Merrifield who steered us through the long fatigue of selling my late mother's house. He was very patient in addressing all the obstacles that seemed to come our way.
Even before meeting us he had done his homework and presented us with detailed information of the house and its surrounds that would be needed to market the property. We had no doubt in appointing him. He was head and shoulders above the others consulted.

We are extremely pleased and so grateful to have dealt with Thomas Merrifield Abingdon. In particular Mr Philip May has been assisting with our first time home purchase.
We didn’t realise how stressful the process could be. Phil has been a gentleman and highly professional who was very helpful, understanding and very very flexible throughout the process within 3 months from offer to exchange of contracts .
Phil has gone way beyond to help us secure the property eventually with the price we have Budgeted.
We had so many difficulties since we made the offer including negotiations, arranging surveys, ensuring the current difficult tenant vacating with no legal issues and arranging innumerable visits to the property and dealing with the seller who was difficult to cooperate with . We had so many hurdles and Phil was always there supporting us and communicating effectively, optimistic and he was very transparent and trust worthy. We were assured that we were in safe hands with no biased service from the sellers.
We will look forward to working with Thomas Merrifield again and highly recommend for a reliable trustworthy house purchase.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Thomas Merrifield Abingdon enough. The whole team are very friendly and helpful but especially our agent Kaine. Kaine really went above and beyond for us and kept us in the loop throughout a particularly difficult sale and purchase. I would recommend them to anyone!
