It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing .
