29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Abysmal accompanied viewings service<br><br>For an agency that markets itself as "local and reputable", Richard Kendall's accompanied viewing service is shocking.<br><br>Viewings are outsourced to a tiny, poorly informed team with terrible availability (buyers are normally expected to book over a week in advance for a viewing and can't even get weekday evenings), meaning I had to conduct nearly all viewings myself. On the rare occasions they can attend, they know nothing about the property, which Richard Kendall seem to think is perfectly normal. Saying "we're really busy" is not an explanation - it's an admission they can't deliver the service being paid for by the seller. I might as well have been using an online agency. When someone wants to view, you don't want them being told to wait, you want them to be able to see your property ASAP to maximize sale chances.<br><br>For when you're doing an "open to view" at the weekend? Yeah, you have to do that all yourself too... take people's names/details, show them round, etc. Basically do their job for them. None of their agents will help you then, either. For a "full-service agency", I find this totally unacceptable.

From mortgage advice, tips for marketing the property, any questions or queries relating to sales or purchases.<br>Very responsive, sorted any questions I had quickly, professionally and friendly.<br>Big thanks to Charley, Isla, Mackenzie and Emma who've made the process simple and as pain free as buying and selling can be.
2nd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful. We got on so well that it genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than just an estate agent.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. His professionalism, communication, and support were second to none.<br><br>A huge thank you to Steve and everyone at Red Roots for all your hard work.
