We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Just returned home from an amazing 4 day get away at ‘Stay be the sea’. As a hen do party of 12, the property is well equipped, spacious and perfect for hosting. Lots of seating so we were able to all be together when eating etc, huge bedrooms and super comfy beds. Large bathrooms and lovely hot showers. 2 parking spaces directly out the front which was a bonus and 2 min walk to car park on the front for any extra cars. The location is fantastic, in between south and central pier and almost directly on the promenade made it easy to get about, plus a tram stop almost opposite made it even better. So pleased we booked this place, it made our stay all the more memorable. Big shout out to Beth who was always at the end of the phone for any questions or messages and was super prompt at answering. Can’t recommend ‘stay by the sea’ enough!

Mairead was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to identify the kind of properties that suited our preferences. She arranged viewings outside business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and was always smiling and ready to give advice and tips ranging from the most mundane to complex issues with the solicitors. We were made to feel more like family than clients. Our deal reached completion within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team.

Knowledgable about the area and was always engaged with communication and updates.- 13th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently had our house valued and were really impressed with the whole team at Farrell Heyworth. From our first contact with Liam Herrador, everything felt easy, responsive and well handled. Amanda Beard who came out to value the property, was excellent. She took the time to really understand the house and our situation. She cared about getting it right for us. Her follow up and attention to detail was excellent too. We also had contact with another member of the team, Serena, for a possible house purchase and she was so helpful too. All in all, a great experience. Thank you

Unfortunately the area and property where I want to move to is too dear for my properties sale value(plus a bit) to purchase there. I have decided to wait until next year before trying to sell again. But will ask them to represent me again when want to move.
