8th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Our initial contact was James and was hugely positive. From James we progressed to and were helped by Katherine, Holly and Grace before being assisted by George. From the point of sale on, we were almost exclusively in Claire’s capable hands and she was our contact through completion. Our first experience with R M English was in 2008. Its happy outcome then was our justification for using them again and this one too has been a pleasant experience. Thank you all.

15th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This company has been managing 2 of my properties for 3 years. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service provided by Stone Assured Sales & Lettings. They have been completely unprofessional in managing my property and have shown a total lack of respect for my rights as a landlord. What’s even worse, they took money from my account without my consent. I had no prior notification of any charges, and when I reached out to ask for clarification, I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers. This feels like a clear breach of trust and an unethical practice that cannot be overlooked. I would strongly advise anyone looking for property management services to avoid Stone Assured Sales & Lettings at all costs. They have not only failed in their duties but have also shown a disregard for proper business ethics. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable, transparent agency that actually respects your time and money.

25th Jun 2018 (8 years ago)Locat Agency rented out our two-bedroom flat to a family (5-6 members) in 2015. The Agency recommended this family and they have been well known to the agency. During their residency in that flat, we lost our appliances and all the time we received phone calls from the neighbours regarding the unacceptable behaviour of the tenant. Locat defended them all along. When they moved out of the flat four months ago, they left it in a horrible condition. Broken entrance door window, no window handles, no appliances (dishwasher, washing machine which has been changed and bought a brand new one less than two years ago, fridge and freezer) and too much dirt everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and toilet, broken tiles bathroom panel are the examples of what they left behind. When they moved to the flat, it was in an excellent condition, then they put a nasty wallpaper and also made more than 40 holes on the walls. Generally, I should say I had to spend a fortune to make it reasonable again. All these changes happened out of our knowledge. Locate does not accept any responsibility here and the agency found another place to live for them. I think this agency is not reliable and honest with the customer and after this horrible experience, I never recommend it to other people.

During what was a difficult time in the market he was reassuring and great to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone trying to sell. Thankyou Humberts for all you did. Toby and Nick Helm.

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .
12th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Do not use this company. You can pay an insurance , non-refundable amount when first move in or place a full bond down. However, when you move out they will charge ridiculous amounts for trivial stuff and general wear and tear to the property. They provide cleaning supplies that don’t work, are meant to have a cleaning team that come weekly but if do can never tell a difference. If report jobs you’re waiting forever or close them down before they have been completed. My experience and advice is to not use this company.
