3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Liz Cooke at Kendalls was absolutely excellent and worked very hard to get our house sale over the line; we're grateful for all her tireless communications with the various parties involved, her expertise and tenacity!<br>By way of helpful feedback - we felt that, on reflection, our property was over-priced in the first instance, which made for a slow start to the viewing process, and the original photographs / sales brochure could have been better, but this was rectified quickly.<br>But once we had a buyer Liz Cooke pulled out all the stops and did a great job for us.
4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)They were so bad we have already parted ways. After 3 viewings with zero feedback and excuse after excuse they finally allowed us to exit the contract early. That’s how confident they were at selling our property. The office is full of staff fresh out of school who lack basic sales skills. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very different to the William H Brown I knew when I used to work in mortgages/banking years ago. Zero customer service!

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of Nicola.<br><br>Although I never experienced any major issues with the property, I always felt reassured knowing that if anything did arise, I could trust them to deal with it quickly and effectively.<br><br>They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Belvoir Sheffield to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive property agency.<br><br>Thank you, Belvoir, for such an amazing experience! ??

Gemma and Rochelle really kept the process going from the point of agreeing the sale through to completion - lots of good communication between them and the buyers; other agents and solicitors. A great team, well done!
14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.

We have been assigned Katie as our property manager and I’ve had to contact her regarding a couple of issues now. She delivered quality customer care and escalated the report immediately leading to resolutions. I will certainly continue to contact Katie directly as there is always a response and all ways a demand for action.Our family is extremely grateful for her support and wish her all the success.

She is wonderful to speak to; always polite, friendly and personable, as well as being professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My home inspections were always carried out with respect by lovely local staff.<br>Problems were easy to report. Thank you to all staff for over the years - but especially Olivia - you are brilliant at what you do! ??????

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout.
