25th Jun 2018 (8 years ago)Locat Agency rented out our two-bedroom flat to a family (5-6 members) in 2015. The Agency recommended this family and they have been well known to the agency. During their residency in that flat, we lost our appliances and all the time we received phone calls from the neighbours regarding the unacceptable behaviour of the tenant. Locat defended them all along. When they moved out of the flat four months ago, they left it in a horrible condition. Broken entrance door window, no window handles, no appliances (dishwasher, washing machine which has been changed and bought a brand new one less than two years ago, fridge and freezer) and too much dirt everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and toilet, broken tiles bathroom panel are the examples of what they left behind. When they moved to the flat, it was in an excellent condition, then they put a nasty wallpaper and also made more than 40 holes on the walls. Generally, I should say I had to spend a fortune to make it reasonable again. All these changes happened out of our knowledge. Locate does not accept any responsibility here and the agency found another place to live for them. I think this agency is not reliable and honest with the customer and after this horrible experience, I never recommend it to other people.
1st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

He is an expert in the field and I would recommend him and his partner Sue to anyone looking to sell their property. They have maintained contact at all times and any queries I have had they have dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nicholas carries out all the viewings himself so gets to understand what the potential buyer is looking for and follows them up then provides feedback to me. 5 star service at all times.

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.

8th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Recently bought a house, and NJG Estate Agents were representing the seller. I honestly can’t express how well Nick Grobler handled everything from start to finish. The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day. Proper professional, but also down-to-earth and reliable.

The property was clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet, convenient area with good access to local amenities and public transport. It was a comfortable place to live, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. One person who deserves special recognition is Holly, the Head of Brand. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded with understanding and professionalism, which made the whole tenancy experience much easier. I also really appreciated how smoothly the move-out process was handled. I made sure to leave the property clean and in good condition, and my deposit was returned within a week of moving out. It was reassuring to see that the checkout process was fair and efficient, and that my efforts to look after the property were recognised. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend both the property and the agency to anyone looking for a well-managed home with a professional and supportive team.
