Another poor experience at this branch I'm afraid. We went in to ask about renting a flat we saw in the window the other day and the woman in the office was very unpleasant and and aggressive in the way she spoke to us. Not sure why staff in this office seem to have such an attitude? I will ensure that I do not use Andrews again.

Please do not hand-over deposit unless you ask them to print/email terms and conditions, i have been told if i do not have no country case judgements i will be refunded my deposit if my references fail, but it was not the case, the whole process was full of hassle and stress and the lady who was dealing was very pushy. Avoid paying deposit unless you are handed the keys, read terms and conditions before making same mistake. Thank You
