we bought a house from them 1 year ago and while we were living in the house we were paying the bills on time and there were no problems with the house and we didnt cause any and when we left the house 2 months ago they said there was no problem with the house but when the time came for them to return our deposit they keep bringing up new problems that we apparently caused while we were there even though they done a check before we left and said themselves there was no problem so i dont understand what they are trying to do as we have asked multiple times for them to return our deposit and they tell us they will give it to us they will give it to us soon but they dont and they are also taking money from my account with out telling me the reasons for it

Rented a Property through Andrews, no problem there until you want your deposit back, been waiting for over 6 weeks now for this to be returned to me and all I get after chasing them up is need to wait for the okay from land lady, need to wait for land ladies bank details, need to wait for the land lady to get back to us. I understand if there was a problem with the property but after the inspection has been done and everything been signed off why should you have to wait. Its all rubbish just another excuse for them to hold on to your money as long as possible, I see why they only had two stars on their google review. Good luck to anyone renting off Andrews, I surely won't be doing that again!!

I wish i could gove negative stars. Dealt with the keynsham branch. By far the worst estate agent i have ever encountered. Staff completely incompetent and rude. Had to continuously chase the company to find out when out keys would be given for us to move in. Was told a couple of days we weresupposed to move in that we hadn't been accepted. I was 6 months pregnant at this time. The stress was good for my baby NOT!!! The landlord decided to let us stay regardless. Still had to chase andrews continuously through phone, email, going into branch before finally going to the call centre to actually get the keys. Even up to the actual day we moved in now. Now we have decided to rent from out landlord directly. Andrews claim to have no idea this is happening despite the fact my tenancy has ended. Where do they think i have gone??? No check out??? No deposit back???? Cannot wait to get my deposit back and get rid of these people. NEVER USE ANDREWS

Their communication has been generally very good as a management company. As a letting agent, it left much to be desired; I had to chase them up for information on multiple occasions. However, they usually acknowledged that this wasn't acceptable and sorted things out. Previously I'd written that any complaints I've had have always been handled immediately. For example, I had a leak in the bathroom, for which they sent a plumber to fix and also arranged to have the (mildly) damaged floor replaced. However, recently this has not been the case. The property manager we've been dealing with has changed, and I've now been chasing a minor repair for over 6 weeks. Emails go unanswered, people enter the property without permission or notice, etc.
