Do not go anywhere near this agency! Despite getting the highest mark at every 6-monthly inspection for keeping the property in good condition, the landlord still tried to keep our deposit. And all signs point to the agency actually encouraging and advising the landlord to do so. We raised a dispute and got every penny back - a testament to them being not only dishonest but also incompetent.

The most unprofessional agents in the UK. Never buy a property from these guys or you will be very sorry. These guy tells lies after lies and hides the facts. wasted money over 6 months trying to buy a property where the property was under bankruptcy review and not legit to sell.

Using Andrews for the last 12 months to manage an apartment we let in Redhill. We've found them to be responsive and approachable. We had some problems due to a water leak in the apartment above ours and the property management team at Andrews, especially Georgia, have gone above and beyond to sort that for us. We both work - often outside of the UK and we feel very comfortable leaving the whole process with Andrews. It costs, but for us its definitely money well spent.

Awful estate agents. They don't manage the property we have been renting for the past 7 years, yet each year they insist on charging us for a new tenancy agreement. All they have to do is change the date but they want us to pay the princely sum of £144 for admin fees. To do what?? We are long standing tenants, not new. Whenever you query something with them they get really narky. I would not recommend the Redhill branch to anyone. I hope their other branches aren't as unprofessional and unhelpful. The other thing that I found quite surprising is their policy which is, they do not have to inform tenants of any price changes or anything that could affect the tenant. Nice huh?
