Hayley , Lilly , Stacie went above and beyond to get us into a place that we had veiwed they knew we only had a few days to find somewhere otherwise we were going to be homeless again and they all worked there magic and made it happen for us .we are so grateful for all there help and keeping me calm all the way through the process I can’t thank them enough , would I recommend the lettings team it’s a big yes from us 100 per cent thank you team you are all wonderfull at your jobs keep it up ??????

Right from the start Matt and Abby were really great. They manage to be professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. This has been true of the entire team whenever I needed to get in touch. We were kept updated with feedback from viewings and their valuation meant that we sold quickly for our full asking price. From first valuation until completion they were absolutely outstanding.

Working with Alex to buy our home was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He went above and beyond, particularly when it came to pushing the seller’s lawyer to speed up the process. Andrew went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, We were kept fully informed and updated clearly on everything that was happening. From my first interaction with Mark when I booked a valuation I already got a good feeling about the agency, and I wasn't wrong.<br>Reece worked with me to list my property, get me an offer and keep the process moving towards completion. From the first meeting to value the property Reece was very diligent, professional and on the ball.<br>He did an amazing job supporting me throughout the process, including helping out with my stuff when I was getting my photos done, and he helped me to navigate some tricky moments along the way.<br>I've also got to give a shout-out to Mark who helped me to get the sale over the line when we hit some challenges towards the end.<br>I felt very supported throughout the process, and both of these gents are very personable too, which definitely makes a difference for me - it's always nice to feel like a human, versus a transaction that needs completing. :)<br>In addition, I love that a portion of their fees goes to a great cause. I think that says a lot about the agency, and its people.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. :)
